Many people have asked me about references. They're concerned about mailing their rather
expensive toy off to someone they've never heard of before and then sending them money on top
of that and I completely understand the dilemma. As far as I know, as an Internet vendor and as
a customer, there's just no way to be 100% sure you won't get ripped off in any transaction,
Internet or otherwise. All you can do is take what precautions you can and do a little homework
before dealing with anybody. In my case, or when sending anything important to anybody for
that matter, it's a good idea to get delivery confirmation so you can prove the company did
actually receive your item. Paying a bit extra for postal insurance is a good way to get
documented delivery confirmation and coverage against loss at the same time. Paying by check
or keeping your credit card statement also gives you some documentary evidence and of course
dealing with a known company is about the best assurance you can get. I've been very fortunate
that the Oklahoma state newspaper decided to do an article on repair shops and by the grace of
God only they called me up and asked if I'd participate. I copied off the article and included it
below in hopes it'll help put future customers a little more at ease regarding who I am and what
I do. I should have started keeping my "good references" emails years ago but just didn't have
the extra time but as of today, 11/06/09 they'll be posted here for anyone that's interested.
Thanks, Lynn Brown

Lynn,
Have to tell you I am really impressed
with the
clear and concise layout of your
business philosophy.
You have a great communication style
about the whole thing and it was really
refreshing. Initially I was a
bit jaded....uh oh, what kind of scam is
this, do I send it
and never get it back? Was a good
reminder that the
world is really a good place, if we
choose to focus on it that way.
Please excuse the philosophical rant,
just one of those mornings when I
wanted to appreciate quality business.
Sending it today.
Regards,
Jason
That...is the way business should be
done. What a great story. If you ever
come to South Florida, let me know and
Lunch is on me!
