PHONE AND EMAIL QUESTIONS AND ESTIMATES
Apparently I'm the only PSP repair shop in the country that continually tries to help people
figure out what's wrong with their consoles up front and gives an honest answer as to what
all the repair options are, not just what's going to put money in my pocket. I can't predict
the future of any given console but I do give customers my honest opinion on their consoles
and what I'd do if I were in their shoes. That said, my phone rings 100+ times a day and
there's just no possible way I can answer everyone's questions and still get any actual work
done here. Email on the other hand is quick and manageable and I do answer every email I
get as soon as I can. If you have questions please send me an email rather than calling. I'll
need your PSP model number as they're all different on the inside and a brief outline of
whatever's wrong with it. Sometimes I can tell immediately what it'll need and how much
it'll cost to fix and sometimes not as there are a lot of variables. I'm happy to give it a shot
though and I do completely understand most folks would like to at least have a good idea of
what they're looking at before going any further with it.
