I've fixed several thousand PSP's over the years, and Xboxes before that, and they've most certainly
kept me very busy. Many customers have asked though if I can fix other things too and by far the
most common request has been for Nintendo DSi and DS lites. After about the 500th email on this I
had a look for myself at what repair options are available on the Internet for these things and I see
now why people kept bringing it up all the time.

I've been here in OKC fixing video game consoles for about 10 years and though I
don't have a high-tech website I do have a long history of happy customers and

PSP repair pricing varies greatly due to all the different things that can go wrong with them but the
DS's are much simpler creatures to deal with and it's a flat $60 for any of the listed repairs - this
includes return USPS Priority Mail postage, parts, labor, and everything else. All warranties,

There's a submission form below and all you have to do is fill it out and click "Submit". This is just to let me know that your
console is coming in for repair and an idea of what it needs. There is no payment or financial info required at all at this point.
I personally will email to let you know I received your information as soon as I can, nothing is automated.

More detailed shipping instructions are also below though it's all very straightforward. Package your console up well for
transit and mail it to this address:

I'll email to let you know as soon as it arrives and again after 1-3 days or so to either let you know what I find or the return
shipping details if it's already all paid for and ready to go.

If payment was sent along with the console it goes straight back home to you via USPS Priority Mail. If it hasn't been paid
for yet I'll send you an online invoice payable by debit/credit card/Paypal and your console goes home the day after it's
paid. You can also mail a check or money order at that point but that of course will take a few days extra to get here.

There is no charge for sending it to me, for my time looking it over, or for anything at all if it turns out not to be a good
repair candidate after all or even if you just change your mind. I charge only for a complete and successful repair.

	(1) Fill out the form to the left and click submit so I know it's coming. (2) Package the console up well. Any sturdy box will do and allow room for at least two inches of padding all around the console. Bubble wrap is a great packaging material but wadded up plastic bags or newspaper works fine too. Just make sure the console isn't going to bang around inside the box or get crushed during transit. If possible don't use the post office's or UPS store's packaging services/materials as they're by far the most expensive vendor of such things. (3) You don't have to send the battery, charger, games or anything else extra unless you want me to test them out too. If you have a game loading problem though please send along any one game/movie/demo that's not loading so I can check it out as well and be sure to reproduce the problem when it gets here. (4) Make sure your contact info is shown somewhere on or in the box so I know who it belongs to and mail it to: PSP Repair Service 2529 SW 25th Oklahoma City OK 73108 You can use any delivery service you like, the post office, Fedex and UPS already come by almost every day. Postal insurance for the return trip is not included in quoted prices. If you want me to insure the console for the return trip I can do so at cost. Please include an extra $2.85 for $200 worth of postal insurance and put a note in with it requesting insurance. Once your console is received I'll personally send you an email to let you know that it got here safe. I'll email again later on once I have a chance to check out properly to let you know what I found, what repair options there are, and how much it'll cost to fix if you're just sending it in for a quote. If the repair hasn't already been paid for I'll also send an online invoice for the total repair charge. You can pay online by credit/debit card, eCheck or Paypal, or you can ignore it and mail a check/cash/money order, whichever you prefer. Diagnosis is 100% free and if it turns out you just want it back as-is please just mail a check for $8.10 to cover the return postage via USPS Priority Mail.
